Roles

For customer content submitted to the service, the customer is typically the controller and Prodogon is typically the processor, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

Processing instructions

Prodogon processes personal data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, and according to the customer's documented instructions.

Security measures

Appropriate technical and organizational measures should include encryption, access control, logging, backup procedures, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Subprocessors

Prodogon may use subprocessors to provide the service. Current subprocessors should be listed on the Subprocessors page and governed by written data protection terms.

International transfers

If personal data is transferred internationally, Prodogon should use appropriate transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses where required.

Deletion and return

Upon termination or request, Prodogon should delete or return customer personal data according to the agreement, legal requirements, and backup retention practices.

Legal review required

This is a launch-ready structure, not a substitute for a signed DPA. Have counsel review and finalize the DPA before using it with customers.
